ATSI Award
Alert Communications, home to Virtual Receptionist Services, is proud to have received the ATSI Award of Excellence for the third consecutive year.
Founded in 1942, ATSI (The Association of TeleServices International) is an international trade association established by and for entrepreneurs in the TeleServices business. ATSI represents 400 of the most sophisticated TeleService agencies in the world. With over 350,000 customers in the U.S. alone, the members generate revenue in excess of $1 billion.
The Award of Excellence recognizes the achievement of going above and beyond to deliver a level of service that considers the caller first in every aspect of the call. This award is earned through the judging the handling of calls placed by mystery caller and judged against specific criteria.
Here are just some of the criteria used:
- Does the receptionist answer with the proper answer phrase, with genuine interest and a positive attitude.
- Does the receptionist convey a pleasant and helpful attitude by her choice of words and tone of voice throughout the call?
- Does the receptionist appear to be knowledgeable of the account, giving appropriate responses, and navigating account information so the call goes smoothly?
